Meet the team behind MenuMetric

Adam grew up in a family-owned powersports dealership. After graduating college, he began selling cars and found immediate success becoming the top salesperson. He was soon promoted to Finance Manager where he also excelled. This is where the idea for MenuMetric was born. Adam made his vision a reality, becoming a self-taught Software Developer in the process. Today, Adam continues to utilize his experience and passion to push into the future.

Chris's background in computer programming and his education in Information Systems has helped drive MenuMetric forward as a leader in electronic F&I software. Always a team player, his efficient approach helps solve our daily programming needs while keeping our software continuously competitive in the industry.

Phil has an extensive background in the Automotive Industry and a high level of knowledge about the ins and outs of dealership life. Along with his outstanding people skills, he has given our customers a reliable, patient, and trusted source for training and problem-solving. His unique ability to relate to others leaves a positive impact on our customers every day.

With a passion for technology and art, Amanda is here to put her creative touch on our system by bringing a more modern, visually appealing, and user-friendly experience to our customers. With graphic design training and a Mobile Development degree, she has provided us with the best-looking menu software out there! Outside of programming, she loves to watch over the critters on her hobby farm and work on paper crafts.

Tina brings over 20 years of customer relations/management experience, along with a strong mind for organization and ingenuity. She effectively drives project management while keeping the seams together between the support team and the developers. This active mother of two teenagers has made a huge impact on the progression of MenuMetric into what it is today!

Dakota provides a variety of development skills to MenuMetric. As a Full Stack Web Developer, he loves thinking long term and keeping up with all of the latest tech. Dakota has been slapping keyboards for as long as he can remember and doing it professionally for years.

Mike brings a long history of software development with him, starting in kindergarten and later earning a degree in Computer Science /Mathematics. After more than a decade working in Silicon Valley and up and down the west coast, he's back in Wisconsin and here to help!

As a career-focused mother of two amazing boys, Jeanie can juggle any task that comes her way! With extensive experience in childhood education, she brings a new skill set to our people-driven team at MenuMetric.

Hannah is here to assist and give you the best experience possible. She grew up on a farm in Wisconsin, where she learned the value of hard work. Hannah also has over 4 years of professional face painting to give her an appreciation for customer experience.

Christopher brings over 25 years of team development and process leadership. Working most recently in the financial sector, he has been helping local communities and businesses grow their footprint. A strong believer in team, Christopher is dedicated to building amazing relationships with his internal and external customers. Outside of work, you will find him biking, hiking, camping, boating, or jeeping - anything outside!

Anikan is an experienced car sales consultant with an extensive background in customer service. He is currently pursuing his Bachelor's degree in Business Management at UW-Stout. Outside of MenuMetric and school, he is currently an active member of the Wisconsin Army National Guard as a Military Police Officer. Anikan enjoys hockey, traveling, hiking, and the outdoors.

Connor brings forward several years of customer service and administrative car dealership experience. He is currently going to school at CVTC for Software Development. Whenever Connor has some free time he enjoys hiking with his dog, making art, or playing video games.

Shunfeng is from China and has been living in Eau Claire since 2015. He has a bachelor's degree in Fine Arts and has been a commercial interior designer for 7 years. He started programming by working on some small projects and got addicted to coding. He started pursuing a computer science degree in 2021, and plans to keep learning new techniques to keep his coding skill sharp. He likes to go camping and do woodwork projects in his free time.

Matt brings a deep background of customer service experience ranging from hospitality to automotive service. He has a deep love for computers and technology that he has put to use in receiving an associate's degree in Software Development. In his spare time, he enjoys playing video games, Dungeons & Dragons, spending time with his cat, and doing plays/musicals with his local community theater.

After graduating from Full Sail University with his degree in Web Design and Development, Tyler has spent the last 3 years running his own web design agency. Tyler brings his knowledge and passion for web design and development to MenuMetric. He loves gaming, learning more about technology, and spending quality time with his family.

Raeleigh's background in Business Management and digital marketing experience provides her with a strong foundation for her sales support role at MenuMetric. Currently, she is pursuing her Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a minor in Marketing. Outside of her academic and professional pursuits, Rae values spending time with loved ones and her two cats, Pumpkin and Boo. Rae's combination of education, digital marketing experience, and personal interests makes her a well-rounded asset to MenuMetric.

Elle's background in Marketing Analytics and Management experience gives her solid knowledge of the business world. Elle is also a coach at ETS Performance where she has strengthened her leadership and relationship building. Outside of MenuMetric, Elle absolutely loves to travel with her friends and family along with spending time with her two Golden Retrievers, Maggie and Murphy.

Brett has been building and maintaining software for the better part of a decade. What started with an interest in robotics in high school culminated in his graduation from UW-Stout with a Bachelor's in Computer Science and Applied Mathematics. After graduation, Brett worked for Menards.com as a Java developer for two years before he accepted his role at MenuMetric. When he's not at his computer, Brett likes to spend time with his wife and dog or with a good book.

Beizeng is originally from Minnesota and has lived in Wisconsin for the past 6 years. He is currently pursuing his software developer degree at Chippewa Valley Technical College, and looking forward to his graduation at the end of 2023. During his off time, Beizeng enjoys fishing, dancing, playing video games, and honing his developer skills. He's excited to be a part of the team at MenuMetric and the experience it will bring him.

Tessa is a trauma informed yoga teacher that is passionate about helping people and creating a safe and empowering environment for all to thrive in. With a background in management, customer service and marketing, she brings a wide range of skill sets that allow her to problem solve and face challenges head on with a growth mindset. When she isn’t busy raising her two children, her hobbies include: hiking, reading, working out, comedy shows, spending time outdoors, and of course yoga!

Dakota is a seasoned business owner with an abundance of experience in product development, marketing, and business startups. He is excited to bring his wide range of talents to MenuMetric. Outside of work, he's pursuing his flight and scuba licenses. In his free time, you can find him booking a trip somewhere warm, hiking local hot spots, or hanging out with friends.

McKenna is a software developer graduate who enjoys website management and assisting customers with any technical needs. Her experience in sales floor operations and technical expertise made her a fantastic fit for a support specialist at MenuMetric. McKenna’s background and experience encourage an adaptable form of customer service. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her boyfriend, family, and cat in her free time.

Dawn brings a diverse background to MenuMetric. Over 20 years of experience in the super computing industry, along with over 10 years in Customer Service & Inside Sales experience. The Golden Rule is near and dear to her heart. Treat others as you would like to be treated, is what she brings to every customer interaction! Dawn loves spending time with family, friends, her dog Axel, traveling and hiking.

Sarah’s professional journey, spanning diverse industries, has been marked by sales excellence. Her innate ability to understand clients’ unique needs and seamlessly pair them with the perfect product solutions sets her apart. She is also pursuing an Accounting Major at UW Whitewater. Beyond MenuMetric, Sarah runs a yoga retreat business, leading participants through yoga and adventure to international locations. Fueling her zest for life are passions for travel, culinary delights, reading, yoga and hiking.

Brianna comes with over 18 years of customer service experience that range from management roles, restaurant experience, medical, and field operations. She has been part of 356 births while training to become a midwife, and is now here to use her caring skills in software support. In her free time she loves spending time with her family, crafting with her two girls and going on adventures. In the summer you can find her at the camper and hanging out at the pool.

With over 12 years of leadership experience, Amy is passionate about integrity and providing white glove treatment to everyone she works with. Amy thrives in dynamic environments, leveraging her strategic thinking and communication skills to achieve goals. Beyond work, Amy's world revolves around her family of 7. She loves watching FC Dallas soccer games, and shares a love for Halloween with her husband.
